Startup Weekend
Startup Weekend is a three-day startup event organised by the Incubation Cell at Inspiria Knowledge Campus, Inhub. Students work in teams to build ideas, validate them, and present real business models within a limited time. Guided by mentors, founders, and industry experts, the experience offers a realistic look at entrepreneurship, fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on. It’s a learning environment that reflects how future-ready colleges in Siliguri approach innovation.
Esperanza
A college-led media fest that serves as a dynamic platform for the youths to come together and showcase their skills. It celebrates creativity across media disciplines such as filmmaking, photography, advertising, innovations, and design, while encouraging collaboration, learning, and the exchange of fresh ideas in all focusing on creative expressions.

A grand annual fest that brings together youth from across various regions, representing their culture, passion, excitement, and student talent on one grand stage, creating a lively platform for creativity, connections, and unforgettable memories.
Youthrun
Inspiria hosts North Bengal’s biggest running event, created to promote a culture of fitness and active living among young people. Students play a central role not just as participants, but also as organizers, volunteers, and pacers. From early morning runs to community engagement, YouthRun reflects a campus culture that values discipline, energy, and balance. Our Animation and Graphic Design students attend Bangalore Comic Con to experience the creative industry in its most raw and energetic form. Mayfair Hotels & Resorts
At Mayfair, Hospitality students step behind the scenes of a luxury hotel. They observe how departments work together, how guest experience is managed, and how standards are maintained at scale. Seeing hospitality in action helps students understand the discipline, detail, and teamwork the industry demands.

At AIR Kurseong, Media Science students experience the rhythm of radio broadcasting. From live programming to sound production, they see how content is created, curated, and delivered to real audiences. It’s an insight into how traditional media continues to stay relevant.
Furniture Factory Visit
Interior Design students visit a furniture factory to understand how design translates into production. They study materials, construction techniques, and finishing processes, learning how practical decisions shape form, function, and durability. It’s where ideas meet execution.
NewsX Delhi Studio
