Mr. Soumya completed B.Sc in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from IHM Kolkata in the year 2014. He Joined the Lalit Group of Hotels, Resorts, and Palaces as a Kitchen Management Trainee and then shifted to an International career with the Celebrity Cruise Liners in the Pastry Section for over 3 years. Experienced in Basic and Advanced Bakery and Patisserie, International and Indian Desserts, Buffet and Ala Carte Menu planning and implementation of Desserts, Modern Presentations, and Decorations of Pastry products, Artisan Breads, and other Bakery items. Covid-19 Certification from Medvarsity Ltd.
