It is an event where the participants will make their mock resume based on given company requirements.
There will be two rounds in the event.
In the first round, the participants will be allotted a time of one hour to make the resume.
The participants clearing the resume round will have to appear for an interview round. The best three candidates will be awarded.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

  • Three participant entries per college.
  • One passport size photo per participant is compulsory for the resume.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry cell phones during the event.
  • Participants should carry their own laptops and pen drives.
  • No internet facility will be provided during the event.
  • The case study will be provided one hour before the event.
  • Each participant will be given a maximum of fifteen minutes for the interview.
  • Participants can be disqualified if any participant is found using internet during the preparation of the event, arguing with the faculty members, wearing informal dress, not maintaining order and discipline and using indecent language.
  • No templates or macros will be allowed. The resume has to be made on a fresh blank document. No copy pasting from other
    docs will be allowed.

“Tag me this, tag me that”

This event will see different brands being introduced & presented to the participants with altered anti-taglines and based on the altered anti-tagline & the respective product/service, they have to successfully market the brand.
They will have to justify the product / service positioning by giving rationale and market sense for the same.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

  • Number of participants is four (From each institution)
  • Duration = 4 minutes per team.
  • Brands with their altered anti-tag lines will be provided to the teams on the day of competition.
  • Participants will be given a time of 15 mins to prepare.
  • Participants must not exceed the time limit that will be given.
  • No form of indecency will be entertained and it may lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Judges’ decision will be final and binding on each and every participant.

“ A round table for a square deal”

A group of officials of a company come together to discuss an issue affecting the company, which is called Board Meeting.
A case study will be given to them which will contain an issue which the teams have to discuss among them keeping in mind the roles played by the participants and they have to come to an efficient solution in favour of the company.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

  • One team per college.
  • The event will consist of only one round.
  • Each team may have a maximum of 8 members:
  • i. 1 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
    ii. 1 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
    iii. 1 Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    iv. 1 Chief Production Officer (CPO)
    v. 1 Secretary
    vi. 2 to 3 Press Members

  • The designations can change according to the case study given.
  • The participants should be in formal attire.
  • The case study will be provided at the beginning of the event.
  • This is an open board meeting.
  • The teams will be given 15 min for preparation and the discussion of the board of the meeting will be of 15 min.
  • Teams can be disqualified if any of the team members is found using mobile phones or any electronic devices during the event, arguing with the faculty members, wearing informal dress, not maintaining order and discipline and using indecent and/or inappropriate language.
  • Teams will be judged based on maintaining their roles played in the meeting.
  • The decision taken by our judge will be treated as the fair and final.

“ Grass is never greener on the other side ”

It is an informal debate competition where each team will pick a topic that is allotted and speak both For and Against.
The participant has to change their stance as soon as the word ‘switch’ is heard. In the second stage those qualifying for the second round will form two sides one supporting and the other going against the topic he best two teams will be picked by the judge.

( If the no. of participating team exceeds more than four, the team scoring the highest points will qualify for the second
round.Only four teams are to be qualified for the second round.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

  • Number of participants is two (From each institution)
  • Duration = 4 minutes per speaker for first round.
  • Topics to be spoken on will be provided to the speaker on the day of competition.
  • Participants will be given a time of 5 mins to prepare.
  • Participants must not exceed the time limit that will be given.
  • All participants have to speak either in the first or second round in lieu of which they will be disqualified.
  • No form of indecency will be entertained and it may lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Judges’ decision will be final and binding on each and every participant.
  • Both the participants must register individually.

“Raise the stakes to the next level”

Ever witnessed an IPL player auction? Seen your favorite team shell out crores for a player? Well, it’s your chance now.
The stage is set. We bring this event for all of you who not only love the game of cricket, but also analyse it with avid interest.
The fate of the player is in your hands now, as one final bid from you could lead to the strike of the hammer and earn you the service of even the most valuable player of this game.
You will have a certain amount of money units in your pockets that you shall spend on purchasing players and a coach to build up your team.
You need to manage your budget and you can strategize to make the best possible team competing against other opponents who will give you a run for your money, quite literally.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

  • Maximum one team from each college, with maximum 4 and minimum 3 members in each team.
  • The auction shall commence at the published time and will not be delayed to allow any person to participate in
    the auction.
  • The auctioneer has the right to regulate the bidding.
  • Lots allotted, once knocked down remain at the risk of the purchaser.
  • All sales are final and voetstoots
  • Each team will have a total amount of 35 crores under their belt which they need to spend on their players and a coach.
  • <Increment will take place in multiple of 5 lacs
  • One participant can be a part of only one team.
  • Any team which is unable to complete their team of respective players and a coach will be disqualified.
  • There will be a base price and a rating for every player.
  • The auctioneer will announce the base price for each player. Auction for the respective players should begin at or above the base price
  • It may so happen that nobody bids for a particular player and the player may remain UNSOLD. In that case the player will be auctioned again in the end.
