Quick Bites – Crispy Chicken Strips with Ginger Soya Dip

No Sun. Mild wind blowing. How about about some fried chicken breast? or coat some with oats or cornflakes you have in your kitchen with a dash of sesame seeds for that aromatic flavor!

Take that creamy mayonnaise, add some chopped ginger,soya. Doesn’t it sounds mouthwatering?

Try it and you will love it. Create your own variations of mayonnaise by adding any other spices you like.

Crispy Chicken Strips with Ginger Soya Dip


Cut the chicken breast in strips ½” width.

Combine the chicken, garlic, black pepper powder, salt, lime juice, thyme and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

For the sauce, combine together mayonnaise, soya sauce, grated ginger juice.

Beat the egg in one dish.

Take breadcrumb, oats and cornflakes in 3 different bowls. Add seasoning.

Add sesame seed to breadcrumb.

Dip the chicken in beaten egg and dredge equal number of pieces in the three different bowls.

Heat the oil in deep pan to medium heat, add ginger slices and fry till golden brown. Take out and coat with powdered sugar.

Add chicken pieces and fry till golden brown.

Remove with tongs and put the chicken on kitchen towel to absorb the oil.

Arrange the crispy chicken in plate with the dip.

Serve Hot.
