CBSE 2020 Pending Class 10 & 12 Board Exams Confirmed to be Held in July

Central Board of Secondary Education has finally affirmed the new dates on which the pending board examination will be conducted.The long-awaited announcement regarding the remaining CBSE class 10 and 12 Board exams are released by the board. On 8th May 2020, the Board officially published a statement that confirmed the dates for the rescheduled exams. According to the delivered statement, the long-pending CBSE Board exams that were postponed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic will be held next month. As per the press release published by the board, the designated date for the pending CBSE Examinations is between 1- 15 July 2020 kn which all the exams for all the subjects will be held.

Earlier this month, there were uncertainties regarding the release of the new dates for the pending CBSE Board Exams. What’s more depressing was the circulation of fake news on the internet regarding the cancellation of the board exam. Amid the fear-stricken situation due to the devastating impact of COVID-19, the misleading news could have deceived many. However, the matter was brought under control by the CBSE authorities. The board promptly retaliated on the matter and curbed the fraud reports by declaring openly about the continuity of the pending CBSE class 10 and 12 Board exams through their official tweet.

Prior to this newly released statement, CBSE had published the list of subjects on which the examinations were to be conducted. The official notice published on 1st April 2020 comprises detailed information regarding the “soon to be conducted pending CBSE Board exams” for both class 10 and class 12. To confirm the accurate list of subjects, all the concerned candidates are recommended to check the Board’s officially issued statement. Based on the notice released before, the board had decided on conducting exams, particularly for the mandatory qualifying subjects.

The new date sheet for the pending exams is yet to be released by the board. As per the CBSE Authorities, the examination will be conducted while carefully abiding by the social distancing norms. Up to 10 students will be allocated in a classroom. Further, the Board will ensure all the required safety measures to protect the health of examinees and that of the invigilators during an abrupt venture amid this maturing pandemic. The board had earlier ensured of crucial health safety measures and critical social guidelines throughout the examination.

Likewise, the authorities have declared that the date sheet and subject-wise schedule for the pending examinations for class 10 and 12 are yet to be announced. All the concerned students, parents, stakeholders are hereby requested by the board to refer only to the official website for valid and accurate information. As per the recently published press release, it’s clearly notified that the date-sheet for rescheduled CBSE Board exams will be shortly be published on the official website of the Board.
