On the 18th of November, 2025, Inspiria Knowledge Campus hosted a joint session in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Applied AI and Analytics for Management. The event focused on the application of AI in the world of accounting.
ICAI presented a memento to Inspiria Knowledge Campus as a mark of honour for the collaboration. Followed by a felicitation to the speakers and presenters by the college.
A Series of Insightful Sessions
Session1. Exploring Power BI – CA Abhishek Pawan
The first session was a technical walkthrough featuring Power BI, demonstrating how data can be effectively and efficiently interpreted.
Instead of going through an entire dataset line by line, Power BI helps in grasping things at a single glance.
After navigating through the datasheet, the students learned the relevance and importance of each dataset. Using Power Query, such complicated data was transformed into simple and structured information.
Session 2. Visual Intelligence: Transforming Data into Executive Decisions- CA Ankit Agarwal
The second session was a practical walkthrough about the four revolutionary AI tools: NotebookLM, Gamma, Gemini, and Loveable AI.
The students found that NotebookLM made studying more interactive with its audio and video summaries, flashcards, and quizzes, turning dull notes into engaging lessons. Gamma AI took the stress out of presentations by quickly creating polished, professional slides from simple ideas.
Loveable AI sparked creativity, and Gemini made handling Google Sheets easy and efficient.
Together, these tools made studying smarter, more fun, and far less stressful for the students.
Session 3: FinTech Intelligence: How AI Is Rewriting Accounting & Advisory — CA Nitish Khetan
This practical session was where the students learnt about how artificial intelligence has evolved from simple rule-based systems to advanced models capable of understanding human language.
They explored how the same prompts used in different AI tools can generate different answers, which shows that every AI tool has its own algorithm. The students also experimented with the temperature setting, AI’s creativity control, observing how higher values made responses more imaginative, while lower ones produced more factual answers.
In the end, they realised that AI’s evolution is not just about smarter machines, but about understanding how these systems think, learn, and create in their own digital way.
Promoting Ethical and Responsible AI Practices
The students also learnt about the importance of using Artificial Intelligence responsibly. They discussed how AI supports fraud detection and task automation, especially in accounting, where it helps increase efficiency and accuracy.
Students also explored the need to protect personal information and ensure non-discrimination and fairness when using AI tools. They were reminded to be responsible users, avoiding oversharing, minimising data sharing, and enabling privacy features whenever possible.
Through this discussion, students understood that the true power of AI lies not just in what it can do, but in how ethically and thoughtfully it should be used.
Session 4: Promptonomics: The Science & Strategy — CA Simran Saria Bansal
The fourth session was a practical walkthrough about the fascinating world of Generation AI, focusing on machine learning and deep learning concepts. The students explored how these technologies work together to power today’s intelligent systems.
During the session, they learned the proper use of prompts and the basics of prompt engineering, understanding how the right instructions can significantly impact AI output. The hands-on part included using Gemini for generating AI-driven images and Llama Code for app creation, allowing students to experience real-world applications of modern AI tools.
Overall, it gave students valuable practical exposure to Generation AI tools.
Appreciation and Concluding Remarks
