The School of Computer Science and Applications hosted the Computing Club Badging & Felicitation Ceremony on 20th August.
The Computing Club is the only departmental club and represents students from BCA, B.Sc. IT (Artificial Intelligence), and B.Sc. Data Science. It provides a platform for students to learn leadership, teamwork, and technical skills.
Objectives of the Event
The ceremony was organized with the following goals:
- To officially welcome the new office bearers and members of the Computing Club.
- To recognize and appreciate the contributions of the Batch of 2022, who are now alumni.
To continue the motto of “Carrying Forward the Legacy” by ensuring smooth leadership transition.

Badging of New Members
A total of 18 badges were given to the new team. The positions included President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Core Committee, and Executive Committee. In addition, Tech Associates were appointed to support the club in its activities.
Felicitation of Alumni
The contributions of the Batch of 2022 were honored during the ceremony. Their dedication, leadership, and role in organizing events were appreciated as they step into their new journey as alumni.
