I really liked the presentations which students had prepared. I am very happy with the results and appreciate their hard work. I am sure they have a very bright future. I would also like to thank the mentors who guided them so well and honored that I was invited in the evaluation session. One feedback for the students, I observed during their presentation they were mostly saying “I did this..I did that etc.” which might need to be pointed out for their future, They should be given a feedback that the project is a team work, and the success or failure should be presented as a team not individual work.
The over all subject understanding of the students of the department is quite impressive. The presentation skills of 2 Candidates were preety good from the Group I evaluated and one was poor as I have given in marksheet as well. The institution can have more of such presentations , group discussions and debate to improve the speaking & presentation skills of the candidates as there’s always room for improvement. Lastly try to use the project made by the students in the college. It will encourage the future batches for such projects and will be a motivation for the faculty as well as the students. The interaction was pretty good. Students do understand the BASICS which is expected but need fine tuning, guidance or better mentorship in terms of their PPT topics. Happy with the session. Good Luck to them..!!!
