Ms. Yashasvi Gaur is an educator and researcher with 5+ years of engagement in academia and industry. She started freelancing and developing content back in 2015, and her last professional engagement was with Brainware University, Kolkata where she held the position of Assistant Professor and taught in the department of English & Literary Studies. During her tenure at Brainware she taught both core and non-core papers to students from different departments at Graduation and Post-Graduation levels. Her research areas include Folklore Studies, Post-Colonial Studies, Dalit Literature, South-Asian Literature, Performance Studies, Indian Literature(s), Ethnomusicology, Gender Studies and Cultural Studies. She has been a recipient of Rama Mehta Writing Grant, 2021.
