He has previously been associated with IAER , where he played a key role in strengthening the Aviation Department. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to aviation education and mentoring , focusing on building skilled, industry-ready professionals. At Inspiria Knowledge Campus, Mr. Guha joins as an Assistant Professor in the Aviation Department , where he will contribute to creating a dynamic, hands-on learning environment. His mission is to nurture young talent and prepare students to meet international aviation standards through a combination of practical exposure and academic excellence.
