Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar Ray is an educator/ Hospitality Facilitator/ Trainer (Hotel Management) and researcher with 9+ years of engagement in academia and industry. He started his carriers in the Hospitality Industry back in 2015, and his last professional engagement was with Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management (Affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad), where he held the position of Food Production and taught in the department of Culinary. During his tenure at Chennais Amirta, he taught theoretical and practical subjects and was associated with administrative work. His research areas include current trends in the hospitality industry and its impact on individual spending: A study of the Kashi region, Employee Attrition issues, and retention in the hotel industry Vadodara: as a case study. He is a proud member of ICF (Indian Culinary Forum) Delhi.
