The second day of Joseph Rozario Culinary Workshop on Fusion Food Carnival got off to a rollicking start at Modi Public School. There were 20 participants in all at the workshop which started at 11:00am in the morning and went on till 2:00pm in the afternoon.
Master Chef Joseph Rozario taught and discussed the making of Sunflower Pie, Delicious Cone, Thai Tandoori Tardka etc. with the participants. The participants on the second and final day of the workshop enjoyed themselves interacting with Master Chef Joseph Rozario along with helping him conduct the workshop. It was a new experience for the participants to know the various things that can be prepared by items available in the normal household kitchen.
The participants were eager, vibrant and highly positive in nature ready to learn and share their experiences on food with Joseph and others. The atmosphere at the workshop was electric and full of life. The two day workshop came to a fitting end today.
On being asked about their experience at the workshop and whether such workshops should be conducted in future the participants very empathetically replied with a “YES”. According to Sonali & Piyali, participants at the workshop, both the days of the workshop were awesome and a refreshing experience which helped them enhance their cooking skills.
