Inspiria Knowledge Campus celebrates 157th birth anniversary of Gurudev- the pride of Bengal, the honour of India.

Due to some administrative reasons the scheduled program on the 9th of May was deferred to 12th of May 2017. Professors and students worked hard to pay a small tribute to the internationally acclaimed Bengali author Rabindranath Tagore.

The session comprised of various cultural events performed by students, faculty members, and the Honorable Principal Dr. Malay Kanti Karanjai. Kobiguru’s unforgettable works were recalled in the form of recitations, Rabindra Sangeet, and Rabindra Nritto on this memorable ocassion.

A highly enlightening and culturally enriched day thus came to a conclusion with the screening of a documentary titled “Rabindranath Tagore” directed by the legendary Indian film-maker Satyajit Ray on 1961. The attendees witnessed the life, works and contribution of Tagore with the eyes of Ray.
