On the 23rd of November, 2025, Inspiria Knowledge Campus was lit with the blazing spirit of its flagship event, YouthRun 8.0, bringing together the phantom of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement.
With the first light of the morning, Siliguri woke to a golden light, and the radiant light that matched the runner’s passion emblazed the campus. With cheers rising and echoing across the campus, YouthRun 8.0 set the tone for a day filled with motivation and unstoppable momentum.
Event Overview
On a cool Sunday morning, Inspiria’s campus brought a familiar excitement with its very own North Bengal’s biggest running event, “YouthRun 8.0,” reserved for the day. The running track was set in two parts, one of 5km and the other of 10km. This year’s participation hit a milestone with 1284 runners taking part in the event.
As the countdown for the run began, the air buzzed with anticipation. Runners actively participated in Zumba, some stretched, laughed, and shared words of encouragement, each carrying their own story onto the track.
Among the participants was Mr Atul Gupta, managing trustee of Inspiria Knowledge Campus, who also took part in the event, sharing the same enthusiasm.
And when the whistle blew, the crowd surged forward in a wave of powerful motion, filling the morning with all the energy it needed.
Along the route, bike marshals followed, watching steadily over every stretch of the track for the runners. Professors and volunteers stood as enthusiastic supporters, cheering and guiding the runners.
Every step of the runner thumped the ground and imprinted their foot marks on it. This YouthRun wasn’t just a celebration of fitness, but also a moving story of community, resilience, and youthful spirit, written one stride at a time.
YouthRun X Carnival
Inspiria Knowledge Campus decked its environment not only with the vigilant spirit of the runners but also with some fun and relaxation after the purposeful run. With the carnival themes, the post-run experience was just as memorable as the race itself.
Course & Categories
The running course was thoroughly crafted to make every step memorable. Participants ran through scenic trails, weaving across Himachal Vihar, City Centre and Uttarayon, with hydration points in between.
Runners took part across various categories, making the event inclusive and fun. The categories included male and female separately, as well as age groups such as under 18, under 18 to 25 years, under 26- 40 years, and above 40 years. Each group showcased their enthusiasm for the event.

Run to Prove, Run to Improve - An Expression to Experience Transformation
This year’s theme for Inspiria’s YouthRun was “Run to Prove, Run to Improve”. The goal was to encourage people of all ages to challenge themselves to embrace the liberating journey of transformation. And just like the motto promised, the event truly proved the message of the theme.
A Day of Runners, A Day of Remembrance
Runners of all ages, all over from Siliguri and North Bengal, participated in the run. Notable schools like Delhi Public School, Immanuel International Academy, Sacred Heart School, Isabella School SHMD Jaigaon, Nayana School and many others participated.
And a moment moved every heart when the team from Isabella School ran in tribute for their friend Daksh Chettri, who passed away just a couple of days before the event. Such stories filled the hearts of people and brought together the spirit of unity, love and courage.
This year’s youthRun truly stood by its motto, transforming just from a run into a powerful celebration of inward change, of healing, of remembering, and of running with not just with our feet but with our hearts.
Carrying the Spirit Forward
As the chapter of Inspiria YouthRun 8.0 comes to an end, Inspiria Knowledge Campus thanks every participant, volunteer, and supporter for making this edition truly meaningful. With hearts full, the team looks forward to welcoming everyone again to another chapter, another year with double spirit and an even bigger YouthRun.
