The atmosphere was electric at Inspiria Knowledge Campus as it played host to the much-awaited Insvaganza 2024, the largest inter-college fest in North Bengal. Spanning two exhilarating days on the 5th and 6th of April.
Inspiria’s flagship event drew enthusiastic participants from colleges across Bengal and Sikkim, transforming the campus into a bustling hub of creativity, competition, and friendship.
Insvaganza 2024 was a celebration of diversity and skill, offering a rich tapestry of events catering to various interests. From the intricate world of technology to the vibrant realms of arts and culture, there was something for everyone.
Day 1
The event kicked off with an inauguration led by Dr. Indrajeet Chaterjee, the principal of Inspiria. Afterwards, a beautiful Ganesh Vandana followed by the National anthem marked the beginning of the Insvaganza 2024.
Across the campus, 15 different competitions took place on Day 1. From cooking challenges in the top-notch kitchen labs to strategic games like Bulls and Bears in the computer labs, there was plenty to participate in.
Apart from the main stage, events were happening all around the campus, giving visitors and students a chance to witness the action firsthand. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the “Battle of the Bands,” where bands from different colleges competed for the top spot in North Bengal and Sikkim.
The day ended on a high note with a fabulous Fashion Show by Team Samrat Rajput, followed by an energetic DJ performance to wrap up the night’s festivities.
Day 2
On the last day of Insvaganza, there were a total of 16 events and competitions. Participants dove into a variety of contests, from burger battles to pot painting, showcasing their skills and passions in areas like robotics, coding, photography, dance, and drama.
Tech-savvy individuals immersed themselves in challenging competitions like Capture the Flag, demonstrating their fast thinking and problem-solving abilities. Those with a love for literature explored their creativity through poetry slams, scrabble, and engaging business events like Biz Quiz and Bulls n Bears.
Day 2 was packed with all sorts of enjoyable events. We even heard some students from other schools saying, “Insvaganza seems just like a music festival!”
As As evening approached, it was time for the main event: The Inspiria Fashion Show, known for its ever- improving standards. Students from Inspiria walked the ramp in yin-yang-themed attire designed by students from the Department of Fashion and Management.
Reflecting on Insvaganza 2024
One of the highlights of Insvaganza 2024 was its inclusive spirit, welcoming participants from diverse backgrounds and fostering a sense of unity and collaboration. It provided a platform for students to not only showcase their talents but also to learn from each other, exchange ideas, and build lasting connections.
