Spinach Salad with Garlic Vinaigrette
We all know about the health benefits of Spinach. Here we have a Salad which can be prepared in under 15 minutes. Add some boiled eggs to add the protein quotient. Ingredients Spinach 200 gm Tomato 50 gm Eggs 1 no Onion 1 medium Sesame seed 10 gm For Vinaigrette: Garlic pods 3pc Honey 1tbsp. Mustard Powder ½ tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tbsp. Salad Oil 3-4 tbsp. Directions: Wash the spinach nicely and put in strainer to drain. ⇩ Cut the tomatoes lengthwise discarding seeds, cut slices of onion. ⇩
