TedX Inspiria 2026

On 6th February 2026, Inspiria Knowledge Campus opened its doors to something far bigger than a stage, a spotlight, or a lineup of speakers. We hosted TEDxInspiriaKnowledgeCampusa day built around the spirit of Ideas Worth Spreading – and the campus felt transformed into a living conversation between ambition and empathy, innovation and introspection, action and awareness.

At Inspiria, learning has always been designed to be practical, industry-aligned, and deeply connected to real life. Hosting TEDx on our campus reaffirmed that mission: to nurture changemakers—thinkers, innovators, dreamers, and doers – who are grounded in values yet brave enough to embrace the new.

The Theme: “Voices of” - Real Stories, Real Shifts

TEDX Inspiria Event

The TEDx edition at Inspiria carried a simple but powerful premise: real people with real stories—voices that bring fresh perspectives on wellness, wisdom, and the future. And that’s exactly what unfolded throughout the day: a series of talks that didn’t just inform the audience, but invited reflection—sometimes quietly, sometimes boldly, but always meaningfully.

From conversations on personal resilience and inner negotiation to rethinking wellness, caregiving, and our relationship with AI, each talk felt like a different lens on the same big question: How do we live more consciously in a fast-changing world?

The Day’s Flow: A Thoughtfully Curated Journey

The event was designed as a complete experience—structured, immersive, and paced to allow both learning and connection.

The morning began with delegate check-in and registration, followed by assembly and seating that set the tone with an anticipatory pre-show atmosphere. The Opening Ceremony included a formal welcome by Ms. Geetanjali, followed by the National Anthem—an anchoring moment that reminded everyone: this was not just an event, but a shared occasion.
A classical invocation opened the day with grace—an artistic beginning that matched the reflective spirit of the theme.

From there, the stage belonged to the speakers.

Session I: Visionaries & Voices — Where the Inner World Met the Outer World

Alkesh Agarwal – “Live Evil: How unresolved challenges shape our lives & work”

The first featured talk came from Alkesh Agarwal—Cofounder & CEO at Re-feel, Partner at Seeders.in, an investor in SMEs & startups, and the author of Live Evil.
With a title that immediately sparked curiosity, the talk pointed toward a truth many people relate to: what we avoid doesn’t disappear—it influences our choices, patterns, and performance. It set a strong foundation for the day by making personal growth feel urgent, practical, and relevant to work and life.

Lt Col Ankita Srivastava – “No Woman’s Land”

Next was Lt Col Ankita Srivastava, a veteran Army lady officer.
With No Woman’s Land, the title itself challenged assumptions – about space, identity, courage, and belonging. Her presence on the TEDx stage represented not only individual achievement but also the importance of narratives that broaden how we define leadership and strength.

Atul Sharma – “Conquering Choice in a Noisy World”

Atul Sharma

In a time when attention is constantly pulled in multiple directions, Atul Sharma (CEO, Brand One & Robilo) brought focus to a modern struggle, decision fatigue.
The premise-conquering choice – felt like a toolkit for anyone navigating noisy environments: professional, digital, social, and internal.

Jaspal Bindra – “If you don’t go within you, you go without you”

Jaspal Bindra

At , the audience shifted from the external noise to the inner compass. Jaspal Bindra, founder of ventures including Punjabi Kadhai, Kurseong Diaries, Karma Diaries, Baking Diaries, Curious Gigglers, Kesar Caterers, delivered a title that read almost like a mantra.
The phrasing reminded the room that ambition without self-awareness can feel like motion without direction—and that meaning often begins with inner work.

Kamal Agarwala – “You Vs You: ‘The Negotiator in your Head’”

Kamal Agarwala

Closing Session, Kamal Agarwala– Founder & CEO at Exactlly Software, President Emeritus TiE Kolkata, Trustee on the TiE Global Board, Founding Chair of the NASSCOM National SME Council, and a Sales Trainer & Coach—delivered a talk centered on one of the most universal conflicts: the one we have with ourselves.
You Vs You reframed success as something that often begins in the mind—through clarity, self-talk, and the ability to negotiate with fear, doubt, and distraction.

Networking, Art and Shared Energy

TEDx is as much about community as it is about content – and the schedule created room for that.

A Networking Lunche on offered a curated space for delegates and speakers to connect.

This was followed by an Artistic Expression segment: a Contemporary Dance Showcase  – a reminder that ideas don’t only travel through words; they move through rhythm, emotion, and presence too.

Session II: Perspectives & Paradigm Shifts — Wellness, Technology, and Lessons from Life

Lokesh Nathany – “Parenting the Parents: The Most Beautiful Role Reversal”

Lokesh Nathany

Lokesh Nathany (Sales Trainer & Coach) explored a theme that’s becoming increasingly relevant in many families: caregiving, aging, and empathy across generations.
The title suggested tenderness and responsibility-how roles evolve, and how love sometimes means learning to lead with patience.

Sasha Sharma – “Wellness is a place not a product”

Sasha Sharma

Wellness took center stage with Sasha Sharma – Talk Show Host and Co-founder of the RiverView project.
In a world where wellness is often marketed as something you can buy, this talk title challenged consumer definitions and hinted at something deeper: wellness as an inner environment, a way of being, and a relationship with life.

Shivani Agarwala – “Wellness Is Built, Not Found”

Shivani Agarwala

The wellness conversation continued with Shivani Agarwala – India’s first and only 6-time Woman World Champion in Kettlebell Sports, also a Chartered Accountant and National Faculty for Indirect Taxation for ICAI.
Her title reinforced a powerful idea: wellness is not luck or discovery—it’s construction. It’s created through habits, discipline, and consistency—something that resonates strongly with students and professionals alike.

Utsow Pradhan – “AI vs NI: Choose Your Ally”

Utsow Pradhan

Utsow Pradhan (Sales Trainer & Coach; Founder, Gardener, Tieedi) offered a title that felt timely and provocative: AI vs NI.

Whether NI is read as Natural Intelligence, or simply the human dimension of intuition and judgment, the talk name urged the audience to think beyond “AI hype” and toward intentional partnership—choosing how we want technology to serve us, not shape us unconsciously.

Vikram Rai – “An Unlikely Runner’s Lesson”

The final featured talk came from Vikram Rai (Sales Trainer & Coach).
With An Unlikely Runner’s Lesson, the stage closed on a note that felt personal and inspiring—suggesting that transformation can come from unexpected beginnings, and progress often starts before confidence arrives.

Closing Notes: Music, Gratitude, and Forward Motion

After the talks, the event moved into celebration and gratitude—essential TEDx ingredients.
A cultural segment titled “Strings and Soul” – Violin Performance brought a calm, uplifting close to the day’s intellectual intensity.
This was followed by a Vote of Thanks and Felicitation , and finally Hi-Tea and Networking – where conversations continued long after the stage lights softened.

Why This TEDx Matters for Inspiria

Inspiria Knowledge Campus, established in 2015 in Siliguri, has steadily grown into a hub of academic excellence and practical learning -affiliated to MAKAUT, AICTE-approved, and NAAC-accredited.

With four schools – Management, Computer Science, Design and Media, and Hospitality-  Inspiria’s promise has been to bridge the academic–industry gap through industry-oriented learning.

Hosting TEDx on this campus—set in the Himalayan foothills, well-connected to Bagdogra Airport and NJP Railway Junction—felt aligned with who we are: a place where education isn’t confined to classrooms, and ideas aren’t confined to theory.
