Ten letters, one word, Insvaganza. This ten-letter word holds immense power as it symbolizes the ultimate celebration of youth, music, and life – where the beats of music and the buzz of chatter fill the air, where the excitement runs high and the adrenaline pumps like a never-ending waterfall. This is the time of the year when students come together to celebrate life, friendship, and most importantly, the spirit of youth.
The two-day extravaganza is nothing short of magic. It’s a time when the campus transforms into a vibrant, energetic, and lively place. With students from all over North Bengal coming together to participate, the excitement runs high and the adrenaline pumps like a never-ending waterfall.
The fifth edition of Insvaganza was held from the 5th to 6th of April,2023. Although It had humble beginnings on the first day, it still had 20+ events lined up and panned across campus. Then and in time, it turned into a marvel! Our Guests for the event definitely had a certain charm.
Speaking of guests, Commissioner of Police Shri Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi graced the event as chief guest to inaugurate the event. As a prominent figure in the law enforcement community, his presence added an air of dignity and importance to the event. With his vast experience and knowledge in the field, his words of encouragement and wisdom were greatly appreciated by all those present.
Apart from the chief guest, the management of the college made sure to facilitate the jury members who comprised like-minded influencers and intellectuals from all over the town! The influencers were invited from different disciplines.
Day 1: Spectacular Showcase of Talent and Laughter
On the first day of the event, the audience was treated to a spectacular showcase of talent. The group dance competition was undoubtedly a crowd-pleaser, as dancers battled it out on stage with their impressive moves. Additionally, the dance face-off was another highlight, where dancers went head-to-head in a display of skill and creativity. The evening was made even more entertaining with a stand-up comedy act that had everyone in stitches. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening filled with incredible performances and lots of laughter.
The event was themed “Neon” and had a bright and colourful aesthetic inspired by neon lights. The vibrant colours took over the campus, all inspired by the bright lights of neon. Food stalls line the pathways, tempting you with delicious street food and high-end gourmet cuisine. An exciting lineup of events and competitions designed to test the skills and challenge the participant’s intellect.

Day 2: A Jam-Packed Schedule of Major Events
The event’s second day was jam-packed with major events that promised to leave the audience spellbound. The clash of bands and fashion shows was undoubtedly one of the highlights, students from different colleges took up challenging fashion endeavours and talented musicians vied for the top spot with their electrifying performances. Another exciting event was the Beat Boxing competition, where contestants showcased their vocal skills and left the crowd in awe.
For food lovers, there was the thrilling Pakwaan cooking competition, where culinary enthusiasts went head-to-head to create the most delicious and visually appealing dishes.
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the fashion show, where students from different colleges took up challenging fashion endeavours and put up something that boggled our minds. The music was loud, the bass was deep, and the energy was highly contagious. The ramp walkers are confident, you can feel it in the air, and the high-end fashion stuns you, leaving you with an unquenchable thirst for more. The theme for this year’s fashion show was “Glitzy Galactic” and it would be an understatement to state that it was executed flawlessly!
Grand finale: DJ Fusion
The end of the biggest college fest could be nothing short of a grand finale to a thrilling roller coaster ride, and what better way to culminate it all than with a DJ?
Inspiria went out of its way and brought a dazzling line-up of four reputed DJs! The atmosphere was charged with excitement, and the energy was electric. The DJ booth was like a lighthouse, guiding the crowd towards the epicentre of the party, where the music took over and the night was young!
The cherry on top was the Neon Bands that Inspitia distributed among the crowd. The incredible scene of over 3000+ enthusiastic young people dancing to the electrifying beats of the DJ while holding neon bands in their hands. This was a moment for forging new friendships and creating memories that would be cherished for a lifetime, a time to celebrate the vibrancy of youth and the wonderful gift of life.
The neon band was not only a visual delight but also create a sense of unity and excitement among the participant. Everyone was wearing a neon band, which creates a visual connection between them and helps to break down barriers and foster a sense of community.
Insvaganza 2023 in a nutshell was way more than what we could hope for; It create new bonds, discovered new talents and gave us many heartwarming memories. For now, we’ll hold dear these cherished memories with all our hearts. We’ll be back next year, following our tradition of putting up a show that’s bigger and better! See you in 2024.
