1. School Uniforms and School Admit Cards are Mandatory
Not only the admit cards mandatory for all, but the regular students appearing for CBSE Board Exams 2019 should be in a proper school uniform. The entry into the examination hall will be denied if a student shows up in informal attire. Thus, the students are advised to wear a proper school uniform. Also, carry your admit card, as it is the ticket to your exam hall, without which you will be forbidden from sitting for your board exams.
2. Signature of Parents in the CBSE Admit Card 2019
As per the new ‘CBSE Guidelines & Rules’, it’s mandatory for the students to have their parent’s signature on their CBSE Board Exam Admit Cards. The board has added a separate column for the parent’s signature on the admit cards. The students should make sure that the admit cards are accurately signed by their parents, principal, and their own signature. The student will not be allowed entry into the examination hall if the admit card is unsigned as required.
3. Strict timing for entry
Punctuality matters. The board examines are instructed to reach the examination hall on time. The gates of the examination centers are directed to close at 10 am. No entry will be permitted after 10 am and gates are instructed to be closed and will not be opened under any circumstances. Therefore, ‘CBSE Guidelines & Rules’ instructs all the parents and students to follow the timings strictly throughout the board exams.
4. Follow DOs and DON’Ts
Apart from the required stationery students are not allowed to carry any extra materials like files, cardboards, bags, inside the exam hall. Students are allowed to carry only the compulsory stuff like school identity cards and CBSE Board Exam Admit Cards. A transparent pouch is permissible for carrying stationery.
As per the ‘CBSE Board Exam New Rules,’ the diabetic students are permitted to bring a snack in a neat wrap. Mobile phones, smart watches, wallet, no written materials are permitted to bring inside the examination.
