CBSE Term 1 Exam Schedule: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the Term 1 Date Sheet for Class 12 on their official website. The date sheet for major subjects is officially released on Monday. As per the Board’s notice, the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Exams 2021-2022 is scheduled to start from December 1, 2021 and the first subject on the list is Sociology. The Term 1 Exam for CBSE Class 12 will end on December 22, 2021 and the last subject on the schedule is Home Science. As notified by the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE), the Term 1 and Term 2 exams, each are intended to cover 50% of the entire syllabus for all subjects. As per the newly released details, the MCQ-type Term 1 Exam comprising 50% of the syllabus will be conducted at the respective schools for both the Classes 10 and 12. To clear up the confusion, the Board has published the detailed instructions regarding the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Board Examination.

Important details to know about the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Exam 2021-2022
CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Exam Regulations: Students appearing for the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Exams will only be permitted to take pens to mark the OMR Sheet. More importantly, they should always take their hall ticket or admit card along with them on every examination.
CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Exam Pattern: As the pattern of the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 exam is concerned, there will be objective type questions in the MCQ format. OMR Sheets will be provided to mark the answer. The students would need to fill the OMR Sheets with a ballpoint pen.
Duration of the Exam: The total time given to complete the exam is 90 minutes. The questionnaire reading time is 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes.
Mode of Examination: As per the official notice, the Term 1 CBSE board exams for class 12 will be conducted offline for all the major subjects.
Guidelines for Schools: The CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Examinations will be held at the respective schools. All the students must appear at their own schools to sit for the examination. Further, theCBSE Class 12 Term 1 questionnaire and OMR Sheets will be provided by the Board on the day of the examination. No gadgets will be allowed inside the examination hall.

Additional details on CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Board Exams 2021-2022: To curtail the impact of covid-19 on education, the CBSE board exams for both classes 10 and 12 will be held twice a year from the academic year 2021-2022. Also, the Board has decided that the subjects offered by the CBSE will be divided into two categories – major subjects and minor subjects. The results for the CBSE Term 1 board exams will be declared in the form of marks scores. No student will be ranked as pass, compartment, and essential repeat category after CBSE Term 1 exam. The subjective Term 2 exam is expected to be held in March-April 2022. The date sheet for the minor subjects will be published separately in the official website of the board later.
