Few months back, Young Indians Siliguri Chapter organised Efugen – Entrepreneurship Future Generation, An Entrepreneurship Workshop with Mr Deepak Kumar Khaitan who is a fellow Member at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). During the workshop, Mr Khaitan urged the participants to act upon ones ideas through practical approach. The workshop focused on learning to manage creativity and understand the journey from business idea to business incubation.
Following the success of Efugen 1.0, with participation of budding entrepreneurs from several different industry sectors, Yi Siliguri has planned to take it to a whole new level with Efugen 2.0 – A 2 day Entrepreneurship Summit in Siliguri. The entire workshop will be divided in two days.
Day 1 will have “Workshop on Business Model Canvas” by Dr. Rajiv Roy (IIM, Raipur). This workshop will manily focus on:
- Introduction to Business Model
- Blue Ocean Strategy
- Types of Business Model
- Business Model Canvas
- Presenting the Canvas
- Lean Start Up
- Managing Growth
Day 2 will be divided into 2 workshops:
- Growth for Business
- Leveraging Technology for Business
The main cause for conducting this Entrepreneurship Summit is to bring like minded stakeholders of entrepreneurship i.e. early startups, budding entrepreneurs, 2nd generation entrepreneurs, thought industry leaders, Mentors/Coach’s, angel investors, related Govt. officials etc.
The main highlight of the Summit will be “Start Up Expo” which will provide a unique opportunity to Young Budding Startup Entrepreneur to showcase their product/service , idea to a large variety of people through a dedicated kiosk provided to them at the event venue. 20 such kiosks would be allotted to the deserving startups.
