The Friendship Day was observed with a completely different flavour at Inspiria Knowledge Campus on Sunday 7th August 2016. A friendly football match was organised by the Young Indians Siliguri chapter with Inspiria Knowledge Campus as the hosting partner of the tournament on the occasion of Friendship Day from 10.30am onwards on Sunday morning.
The participating members of the match were from Young Indians Siliguri, Lions International & Round Table India. The participants played with great spirit and fun. There was great enjoyment and competitive edge during the entire duration of the match with Young Indians emerging as winners. The winning team was awarded with a winners trophy.
It was indeed a day to savour and cherish with distinguished personalities from different backgrounds coming together and observing the day with a motive to promote friendship across one and all.
