MELTING MOMENT COOKIES

Ingredients Quantity

  • Fat (Butter) – 120grms
  • Icing Sugar – 60grms
  • Egg – 1
  • Flour – 150grms
  • Cornflakes – 80grms
  • Vanilla Essence – 10ml
  • Chilled Water – 250ml
  • Baking Powder – 3grms
  • Cherry – 25grms

Method of Preparation:

Cream the fat (butter) properly

Add Icing Sugar and Cream till light and fluffy

Sieve flour with baking powder and keep it aside

Add egg into the mixture of Icing Sugar, Cream and Butter

Add Vanilla Essence

Fold the flour lightly with the Batter

Make each ball of 20grms and dip it in chilled water

Take out each ball from the chilled water and roll it into the crushed cornflakes

Keep on the baking tray apart from each other and put half a cherry on the top

Bake at 180 degree Centigrade till firm and crisp

Serve after cooling with a beverage preferably
