A week-long Orientation Programme has been organised by Inspiria Knowledge Campus for the newly enrolled students of the 1st year where eminent personalities from different traits are set to enrich the students in their new academic journey with inspiring and motivational speeches.
This is an initiative to make them aware of the demands and expectation required in today’s professional arena and the qualities to be imbibed which would help them to fulfil their aspirations.
On the 2nd day, we have CA Manish Goyal, who is all set to address the students.
CA Manish Goyal is a Chartered Accountant in practice since January 2002. He is the senior partner in M/s R. N. Goyal & Co – a partnership firm established by his father Late CA R. N. Goyal. He has also qualified a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI.
He has served in various capacities at Siliguri Branch and been the Youngest Chairman of the Branch in the Year 2009-10 when the branch was adjudged with Highly Commendable Branch in Small Category by ICAI, New Delhi and as the Best Branch of
EIRC.
He has been the Chairman of various committees of EIRC from time to time. Under his able leadership, EICASA has been adjudged as the Best Students Association in the country a laurel which has been received for the 1st time to EIRC.
The core areas of his professional practice are Taxation and Assurance Services. He has been elected as the 62nd Chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council of ICAI, which exercises jurisdiction over its members and students in the states of West Bengal, Orissa, North Eastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Sikkim & Andaman & Nicobar Island. He is the only person to have been elected from Siliguri till date.
