Christmas is one of the most awaited time of the year where families and friends come together to celebrate and spend quality time with their loved ones. It the time of the year where you can feel the presence of joy and peace all around.
Himalayan Free Church matigara, Siliguri celebrated Christmas, which marks the birth of Jesus Christ with outmost zeal and devotion.
The church was filled with congregation who had come from nearby places to take part in the morning mass.
There were vibrant decorations which comprised of colorful stars, balloons, bells and sparkling lights which glistened the entire hall with radiance.
The church came alive as the gathering sang Christmas carols and gospel songs backed by the church band with great enthusiasm and passion. The church pastor presented a sermon for the congregation which kept them engaged throughout. Few children also gave some dance performances on cultural nepali songs as well. There was also small skit performed by some of the kids based on the story of the birth of Jesus Christ.
The church choir also took part in the celebration and enthralled the visitors with their gospel songs and music. The visitors were actively taking part in the celebration by sing hymns and songs with full devotion and harmony along with the church choir.
