Nothing can be more comforting than a hot bowl of soup on a cold winter day. How about some chicken clear soup? You don’t always have to visit a fancy restaurant to have one. This soup is simply a clear soup which is shimmered with shredded chickens and vegetable together.
It is a great hassle free recipe which combines a goodness of wholesome vegetables and chicken. The soup has an intense flavor of chicken as you take the first sip which gradually fades leaving a mild taste behind. The aroma really soothes your senses all round which leaves behind a satisfying experience.

Make chicken stock taking care to remove the scum from time to time. Drain and keep the meat pieces.
Cut the vegetables in slices.
Place the vegetables in the strained stock and boil for 3-4 minutes.
TIPS: You can replace the vegetables according to the season and availability.
