Flavor came alive at the Food Festival organized at City Center by the Siliguri Carnival Committee here on 19th Dec. Exciting aromas of delicious food preparation filled the entire event, arousing the taste buds of the foodies from in an around North Bengal.
Popular restaurants such as Urban Belly, Blue ginger, Zaika Biryani house, Fiesta had their stalls put up with their exquisite recipes for the people.
The chefs came up with different varieties of Kebabs, Biryani, Schezwan chicken, salads and many other popular dishes were among the menus at the Festival.
The response was tremendous while the dishes that were prepared won the hearts of the visitors and was an absolute treat for them.
