On August 24th, 2024, the much-anticipated event, “FRESCO ’24,” finally took place, creating an unforgettable experience for every fresher at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. The day was filled with excitement as students gathered to celebrate in an atmosphere buzzing with enthusiasm, joy, and laughter. The air was alive with the sounds of music and the energy of dance, making the event a truly joyous occasion.
The event began at around 4:45 pm, just as the evening sun was casting its warm glow over the campus. As the sun set, the event came to life with an exhilarating vibe that set the tone for the evening. Everyone was eager to be part of the celebration, and it showed in their bright smiles and lively spirits. The students, from freshers to seniors, were all dressed to impress, each one flaunting their own unique style.
The theme for the evening was “Speakeasy Soirée,” a theme that called for a mix of sass, class, and elegance. The students certainly rose to the occasion, with both male and female attendees showcasing stunning looks that perfectly matched the theme. The venue was filled with the glamour and sophistication that the theme demanded, and everyone looked their absolute best.
The evening was packed with performances that truly showcased the talents of Inspiria students. The singers performed a range of songs, from classic tunes to modern hits, each performance leaving the audience in awe. Dancers, on the other hand, brought a whole new level of energy to the event with a variety of dance styles on display.
As the evening progressed, the energy in the room only grew. The combination of music, dance, and the lively crowd created an electric atmosphere that kept everyone on their feet. The event was a perfect blend of entertainment and celebration, and it was clear that everyone was having a great time.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the contest for “Mr. and Miss Fresco 2024.” A total of 35 contestants were selected for their outstanding talents and confidence. They truly set the stage on fire with their breathtaking ramp walks and sassy attire. Both the girls and boys looked absolutely stunning, each flaunting their unique style with flair. The contestants showcased their personalities through their walks and outfits, making every moment on stage memorable.
In addition to Mr. and Miss Fresco, several other titles were awarded at the end of the event. These honours were given based on various criteria, recognizing the efforts of the students who embodied the theme with their style and presence. Not only were the selected contestants given a chance to shine, but other students who followed the theme also had the golden opportunity to walk the ramp.
The contest featured several rounds, beginning with the ramp walk for the female contestants, followed by the male contestants. The second round saw the contestants from the first round advancing to compete further. In the third round, other selected students were invited to showcase their attire, with their confident ramp walks on stage. Each participant was brimming with confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to win the titles.
The live singing during the ramp walk, was something out of the ordinary and colleged many applad and appreciation. This moment was reminiscent of the world-famous “Victoria’s Secret Angel” show, with singers and contestants moving in harmony, making the event even more captivating and memorable.
The final stage of the contest was the question-and-answer round. Different contestants and students were awarded various titles based on their individual strengths and criteria. Out of all the participants, four eligible contestants were selected for this round, where they showcased their wit and poise, ultimately leading to the crowning of Mr. and Miss Fresco 2024.
Each of the finalists answered the questions with a heartwarming smile and unwavering confidence, but in the end, only two could emerge as winners. After careful consideration, the judges made their difficult decision. Finally, the moment everyone had been eagerly awaiting arrived. The title of Mr. Fresco 2024 was awarded to Ashwini Subba , and the title of Miss Fresco 2024 was awarded to Ritika Rizal.
The winners from the previous batch were present on stage to crown the new Mr. and Miss Fresco. The crowd erupted in cheers and applause, congratulating the winners who had not only claimed the titles but also won the hearts of everyone in attendance. With golden smiles on their faces, the newly crowned winners took their final walk on stage together, basking in the joy and happiness of the moment.
The event concluded with a breathtaking group dance performance, but the fun didn’t stop there. After the official event ended, the celebration continued with DJ performance, who brought the house down with their music. The dance floor was packed as students danced the night away, losing themselves in the rhythm and energy of the music.
The entire event was filled with unforgettable moments, leaving everyone with memories that will be cherished for years to come. It was a night of victory, joy, laughter, and happiness—a perfect end to a perfect evening.
