Most of us have grown up eating macaroni. It’s easy and fun to make. How about making them along with cheese? Not only will it give it a creamy texture but also make it a delightful experience while having them.
One can make this amazing recipe at any time of the day without having to think too hard.We threw in some vegetables which will add to the nutrition value . Rest assured that this Cheesy Macaroni will simply melt in your mouth giving it a heavenly taste.
Today we will look at a recipe that combines macaroni with cheese along with some fresh vegetables made by the Culinary Arts students under guidance of Chef Anjani Nandan
Ingredients
- Seasonal Vegetables 1 bowl
- Broccoli florets
- Cauliflower florets
- Carrot
- French beans
- Green Peas
- Macaroni 1 bowl
- White sauce 3 bowl
- Grated Cheese 50gm
- Chopped onion 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
- White pepper pwd a pinch
- Mustard pwd a pinch
Directions:
Boil the vegetables in salted water and keep aside.

Boil the macaroni in salted water till it is al dente (just done)

In a pan heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté.

Add the boiled vegetables and toss.
⇩
Now add white sauce and mix. Add milk if required.
⇩
Add half the cheese, macaroni and toss to coat the sauce.
⇩
Transfer to the serving dish and top it up with grated cheese.
⇩
Serve hot.
