Two days Leadership Summit attend by Mr. Indrajit Chatterjee, Principal, Inspiria Knowledge Campus, Siliguri in Chennai. The program was blend of theory and leadership practices in the corporate world. In the first day the program started with team formation. Team has to decide a meaningful name and logo of their own. Few games were played for team building exercise. Open lock game explains thing out of the box. Leader has to open new doors when all doors are closes. Another interesting session a comparison of trust and power based leadership. For example Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru and Mother Teresa leadership type is discussed with team.
Second day started with theory of leadership style. Each one took part in a two hour program on my nature survey. We discussed different leadership style director, social, thinker, receptor. Each style is discussed with detail from live data of participants. We played another game building pyramid. The program conclude with performance and potential analysis.
It was two days program from 9.30 am to 5.30 in the Hotel Benzz Park, T. Nagar, Chennai – 17. Participants came from all over India.
