Rolls are considered a favorite option when we think of parties. It’s easy to make and doesn’t require much effort to prepare them. It is light on the mouth and serves as a perfect party recipe for most of us.
Chef Sudipta Mukherjee along with his students of Culinary Arts at Inspiria Knowledge Campus thought of implementing chicken with a dash of bell pepper and cheese to prepare a warm buttery Chicken Sausage rolls.
- Sausage 100gm
- Cheese 100gm
- Red bell pepper 1/2 no
- Yellow bell pepper 1/2 no
- Onion 1/2 no
Mix flour and other ingredients for the dough
Meep rest for 15 min
Knock back the dough for 5 mins
Divide into 4-5 equal balls
Roll it in rectangular shape
Fold each sausage in to the roll length wise, roll it properly.
Now slit each of sausage roll and fold it in roundel shape
Keep for final proofing
Put egg wash or milk wash on top
Decorate with all fillings on top and bake at 200 ° C
