Ingredients
Flour 100gm
- Butter 100gm
- Baking powder 5gm
- Castor sugar 100gm
- Egg 100gm (2
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Fresh cream 300ml
- Dry coconut powder 100gm
- Green color for leaf
Method
Sieve flour with baking powder

Cream fat plus castor sugar
⇩
Add egg into it
⇩
After sugar dissolves add essence
⇩
Fold the flour nicely
⇩
Pour the batter into cupcakes molds and bake at 180°C temp
⇩
Put a round icing on the cake and dust coconut powder
⇩
Then put an ice cream cone on top of the cake and decorate as you feel like
