Cinnamon Rolls can be a perfect option for breakfast or even for a quick snack during coffee. It’s really super easy and does not require much of an effort to prepare one .The aroma of cinnamon really soothes your senses and gives the roll a warm flavor.
The Culinary Arts students at Inspiria Knowledge Campus along with their mentor Chef Sudipta Mukherjee came up with an idea of baking something that can be made quickly and combining it with the freshness of Cinnamon and Brown sugar.
Method
Make a dough with flour and other ingredients.

Keep for 20 min rest.
⇩
Roll the dough in rectangular shape.
⇩
Put fat polish on top.
⇩
Sprinkle cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
⇩
Roll the dough like Swiss roll pastry.
⇩
Cut the roll lengthwise and make a long knot
⇩
Bake at 200° for 15.
