As autumn arrived, Inspiria Knowledge Campus celebrated the arrival of the new batch of students with Fresco-2023. Just like previous years’ freshers’ event, this event didn’t disappoint and continued the tradition of a lively welcome.
This year’s theme was the Renaissance, celebrated for its exquisite art and gentle colour palette. The 2nd-year students transformed our all-weather basketball court, named Crystal Garden, into a Renaissance-inspired masterpiece.
Highlights of the event
Inspiria FRESCO 2023 took place on September 23rd. Guests began arriving promptly at 3:30 p.m., all dressed up and ready to shine. The students arrived in style, wearing elegant ball gowns, doublets, and jerkins, as they transported themselves back in time to experience the charm of that era. The scene at Fresco 2023 was reminiscent of this glamorous time travel.
The evening kicked off with a soulful and soothing singing performance, setting the tone for an entertaining night ahead. Bands and dancers then took the stage, enchanting the audience with their captivating acts.
However, the undisputed highlight of the fresher’s event was the Mr. and Mrs. Fresher’s competition, featuring an impressive lineup of 75 talented participants.
The truly mesmerizing moments arrived when the Mr. and Mrs. Fresher’s contestants walked down the runway. These first-year students confidently showcased their medieval-inspired fashion and unwavering enthusiasm, stealing the spotlight and leaving everyone in awe.
Om Chhetri from BBA Sports Management and Srijana Chhetry from BBA Entrepreneurship were crowned Mr. and Mrs. Freshers. The winners walked the ramp together following in the footsteps of former winners.
The event had to end on a big note and it did. The grand finale of Fresco-2023 was a vibrant DJ night that had everyone dancing with unbridled joy to the upbeat tunes. It was a night of celebration and jubilation, a perfect way to end the event but to kickstart the new chapter in the freshmen’s lives.

This spectacular event wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated efforts of our seniors and faculty members, who meticulously organized and curated Fresco-2023. Their commitment ensured that the freshmen began their college journey with a burst of colour and excitement.
